Assam down town University organized an insightful interactive session on "Fireside Chat on Marketing and Customer Inclusivity" with Amit Bharadwaj, Business consultant and Corporate Expert in Supply Chain Management, Gurugram.
The session began with a warm welcome and an introduction to the guest by Mahima Banik, a BBA 4th-semester student, followed by a felicitation ceremony where Dr. Homeswar Kalita, Chairperson of the Faculty of Commerce and Management, honored Mr. Bharadwaj with a traditional Assamese Gamusa and a memento.
During the session, Mr. Bharadwaj shared valuable insights on marketing, customer inclusivity, personal branding, supply chain, and logistics, emphasizing the significance of marketing in today’s competitive world. He highlighted the role of personal branding in career growth and how marketing strategies evolve with time to help businesses create a strong brand identity. Additionally, he discussed the impact of AI and data-driven decisions in modern business, the importance of supply chain management, and strategies for fostering an inclusive customer experience across different demographics and cultural backgrounds.
