Assam down town University ensures that deserving candidates receive merit-based tuition fee waivers through this scholarship program. This academic scholarship is awarded based on performance and does not involve any loan, lending service, or repayment obligation. The university remains committed to supporting talented learners and building a brighter academic future for the region.

SCHOLARSHIP RULES

For Diploma and UG Programmes
  • The examination for the scholarship will be conducted in an ONLINE MODE
  • Applicants pursuing diplomas and bachelor's degrees are only eligible to apply.
  • CST not applicable for Paramedical, Nursing, Pharmacy, B.Design, B.Com & Forensic programmes.
For PG Programmes
  • The examination for the scholarship will be conducted in an ONLINE MODE
  • Applicants pursuing master's degrees are only eligible to apply
  • CST not applicable for Paramedical, Nursing, Pharmacy, B.Design, B.Com & Forensic programmes.

The Common Scholarship Test conducted by Assam down town University is a merit-based examination designed to award institutional scholarships for Diploma, Graduate, and Postgraduate programmes offered at the university. Scholarships are granted as tuition fee waivers based on performance in the test.

Yes, the Common Scholarship Test registration is free for all eligible students.

For diploma programs, students who have completed Class 10 can sit for the exam. For graduate programs, those who have completed Class 12 are eligible. For postgraduate programs, graduates can sit for the exam.
