• AdtU Award of Excellence in School Teaching
• Pedagogical Excellence Award

These awards aim to recognize innovative teaching techniques and outstanding educators who shape the future of learning.

Awards Overview

AdtU Award of Excellence in School Teaching( for individual school teacher)

This award celebrates outstanding High School teachers in Eastern India who have significantly contributed to the field of education by fostering academic excellence in creating or improving teaching methodologies.

Prize Details

• Cash Prize: ₹1,00,000
• Citation: A prestigious certificate of recognition
• Award Presentation: : 21st December 2024, Northeast Educators Conclave

Pedagogical Excellence Award ( for individual schools/colleges)

This award recognizes schools and colleges across Northeast India for implementing innovative teaching-learning methodologies that drive meaningful student outcomes.

Prize Details

• Cash Prize: ₹50,000
• Citation: A prestigious certificate of recognition
• Award Presentation: : 21st December 2024, Northeast Educators Conclave

Eligibility Criteria

AdtU Award of Excellence in School Teaching

• High School teachers currently employed in Eastern Part of India.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience.
• Proven record of innovative teaching techniques with measurable outcomes.

Pedagogical Excellence Award

• Open to all schools and colleges in Northeast India.
• Teachers and institutions must have a minimum of 3 years of teaching and operational experience.

Submission Guidelines

AdtU Award of Excellence in School Teaching ( for individual school teacher)

1. Complete bio-data, including academic details from HSLC onwards.
2. Pass percentages of the school in HSLC exams (last 5 years).
3. Details of students achieving distinctions under their respective subjects taught.
4. Contact details of the Pricipal/Headmaster/Headmistress.
5. Information about notable alumni.
6. Details of awards received(if any).
7. Membership in education committees or boards (if any).
8. Innovative teaching techniques with records and measurable outcomes.
9. Vision statement as a school teacher.
10. Community involvement records.

Pedagogical Excellence Award (for individual schools/colleges)

1. Description of the pedagogical innovation (not exceeding 1,000 words).
2. Evidence of implementation (lesson plans, videos, or project reports/learning reports).
3. Impact analysis (student outcomes, feedback, or testimonials).
4. A letter of recommendation from the other institutions/organizations.
5. Supporting documents, such as awards or recognitions, if applicable.

Evaluation Criteria

• Originality: Creativity and uniqueness of the teaching method or tool.
• Impact: Improvement in student engagement, understanding, and performance.
• Scalability: Applicability across classrooms or institutions.
• Inclusivity: Addressing diverse learner needs.
• Sustainability: Ability to maintain over time.
