Outstanding Achievement of the Discipline of Hospitality & Tourism Management, FCM, AdtU at ILU’s InterCollege Cooking Competition

The ILU’s Inter-College Cooking Competition was successfully hosted at ICON Commerce College, Guwahati, witnessing enthusiastic participation from colleges across the city. The vibrant event featured over 60 teams competing with remarkable culinary creativity, technical expertise, and innovative presentation skills.

The competition was adjudicated by renowned Assamese celebrity chef Atul Lahkar, who evaluated the participants based on presentation, taste, and culinary knowledge.

Students from the Discipline of Hospitality & Tourism Management under the Faculty of Commerce & Management, Assam down town University (AdtU), delivered an exceptional performance and brought great pride to the institution.

* Olivia (8th Semester) and Damian (6th Semester) secured the 1st Position, winning the championship trophy along with a cash prize of Rs.15,000.
* Mitul Islam (4th Semester) achieved the 3rd Position, receiving a trophy and a cash prize of Rs.5,000.
* Feroza Akter (4th Semester) was awarded the Consolation Prize, along with a cash award of Rs.1,000.
