Assam down town University, through its Directorate of Innovation, Startup and Acceleration (DISA), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced IPR consultants, registered patent agents, law firms, and IPR service providers for empanelment as Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) consultants/agencies.

As a university committed to promoting innovation, research, entrepreneurship, and technology commercialization, AdtU seeks to strengthen its IPR ecosystem to support students, faculty members, researchers, innovators, and startups incubated under down town Venture Labs Foundation (dtVL).

The empanelled consultants/agencies will provide end-to-end support in:
- Patent search, drafting, and filing
- Trademark registration
- Copyright registration
- Industrial design registration
- Technology transfer and commercialization
- IP valuation and licensing
- IPR awareness, capacity building, and advisory
