The Faculty of Science was established in 2017, adapting the existing Undergraduate PostGraduate and PhD. programmes Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Nutrition and Dietetics, which were been offered by the University since 2012. The Faculty was constituted to promote courses of basic and applied biological, chemical, physical and mathematical disciplines in an integrative approach. Recently in 2018 Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics and Zoology were initiated. Now, this faculty is populated with more than 500 students pursuing various UG, PG and PhD courses offered by the faculty. To tranform knowledge the University very selectively appointed more than fifty faculty members having reqisite qualification rather passionate to teach. The faculty is sufficiently expreienced and commited. To develop workforce capable of providing outstanding professional service in teaching, research and entrepreneurship. To foster creativity and innovation crucial to the field of Science. To emphasize interdisciplinary approach in studies for coping up with the diverse & changing needs of the society.
