Assam down town University is set to host the IPA – National Elocution Competition 2026 (State/Zonal Round), bringing together aspiring speakers to showcase their oratory skills, confidence and ability to articulate ideas effectively, organised by the Indian Pharmaceutical Association in association with the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science and the Indian Pharmaceutical Association – Student Forum (IPA-SF, AdtU Chapter).

The competition aims to provide a platform for students to express their perspectives, develop effective communication skills and engage in meaningful discourse through the art of public speaking. The event will encourage intellectual exchange, critical thinking and confidence among young speakers while celebrating the power of words and effective expression.
