Assam down town University organised the the Physio Fit Challenge as part of Ecclesia 2026 under the Techno Management Fest 2026, organised by the Faculty of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, the event was designed to test participants' physical endurance, strength, agility, balance, coordination and cognitive abilities through a series of engaging and competitive challenges. 

The competition was conducted across three stages: the Elimination Round followed by the Semi-Final and Championship Final Rounds with a total of 16 internal participants taking part in the event.

The Elimination Round featured activities such as a Quiz Competition, Mystery Box Challenge, Plank Hold, Balloon Cup Stacking and Ring Stacking, testing participants' awareness, endurance, balance and coordination. The Semi-Final Round included challenges like Burpees, Waiter from Hell, Bounce Boss, Weighted Lunges and Coloured Ball Tap, assessing participants' strength, stamina, agility, reaction time and ability to perform under pressure. 

The Championship Final Round featured four challenging activities: the Single Leg Squat Challenge, Weighted Push-Ups, Opposite Simon Challenge and Burst the Balloon Challenge. These activities tested muscular strength, stability, physical control, reflexes, concentration and quick decision-making.

The Physio Fit Challenge provided participants with an opportunity to understand the practical importance of physical fitness, movement coordination, muscular endurance and cognitive-motor integration through interactive activities. 

The event successfully combined fitness, skill development and entertainment, offering students an engaging platform to test their physical and mental abilities.
