I feel immense pleasure to be here as a HOD i/c Faculty of Nursing, Assam down town University. Faculty of Nursing under Assam down town University is one of the best Nursing Educational Institution maintaining high standards of Nursing Education through ‘‘hi-tech” facility even during the COVID-19 pandemic- from the diploma up to the Post –Graduate level.

We believe in and are committed to work for overall Development of Personality of the students by not only focusing on academics but also involving the students in lots of co-curricular activities including cultural activities and sports. Our alumnae are sought after by every medical institution in India and abroad for their excellence discipline and devotion in the nursing profession. 
We have an excellent, efficient and highly motivated faculty who plan meticulously all the curricular and co-curricular activities for the students.
