The 9th edition of “Pop Up Kitchen” at Assam down town University wrapped up with a sizzling success as the 2nd Semester students of the Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management (DHTM) turned the Hospitality & Tourism Management Lab into a vibrant hub of culinary creativity and entrepreneurship.
The event showcased a deliciously curated menu featuring crowd favorites like Honey Chilli Potato, Spicy Chicken Skewers, Spicy Paneer Skewers, Veg & Non-Veg Hakka Noodles, and the refreshing Apple Curry Fiz. Students managed everything from kitchen operations to customer service, offering a real-world taste of the food and hospitality industry.
With enthusiastic participation and positive feedback from faculty, staff, and fellow students, the event once again proved to be an ideal platform for hands-on learning and entrepreneurial growth.
