  • Community Management
  1. To create a friendly environment to facilitate high member satisfaction and to make them comfortable to work in harmonious relationship with members from different companies.
  2. Plan and launch community initiatives in order to develop connections between members of different organizations, which includes networking events, targeted members introductions etc.
  3. Seek out information and every detail related to the tenant organizations and their members.
  4. Resolve issues between members instantly and in a manner that diffuses tension.
  5. Formulating contracts and agreements with the member organizations and also with the external clients.
  • Business Development
  1. Responsible for achieving sales objectives, occupancy rates and pricing of the space.
  2. Promotional activities in social media platforms to make people aware about the vacant space and to contact with the prospective members.
  3. Ensuring that the new member would fit with the organizations discipline and mission.
  4. Maintain a balanced relationship with the key vendors, the members and the landlord.
  • Facilities & Space Management
  1. Maintain all the operational activities to the satisfaction of the members.
  2. Ensure the availability of facilities like broad band connectivity, access to printers, maintenance of hygiene etc.
  3. Maintenance of accounts, registers of different clients.
  • Personnel Management
  1. Manage a team of personnel to achieve the targets to achieve the organizational goals.
  2. Be responsible for the entire development of the working professionals.
  3. Conducting regular meetings with the team members to ensure that each member is working according to the set goals.
  4. Meetings with each member individually and preparing regular performance reviews.
