Diploma in Paramedical Sciences is a skill based 3 years course which can be pursued after completition of 10th standard. This course has mandatory one year bridging course that helps achieve the fundamentals of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Anatomy , Physiology, etc. The last two years are mainly the specialization branch as opted by the students like Radio-imaging Technology or Medical laboratory Technology or Dialysis Technology.After the completion of this Three years course, it is mandatory to undergo Internship for a period of three Months.

This course imparts broad and balanced knowledge and understanding of physical concepts, principles and theories of Physics.
This course covers the qualitative and quantitative aspects of scientific measurement, the nature of matter, gases, liquids and solids, energy, atomic theory, properties of elements, chemical bonding, molecular structure and properties, stoichiometry, thermodynamics, and solutions.
This course includes a study of living organisms and vital processes. Themes that will be covered in this course include scientific skills, ecology, biochemistry, cellular processes, genetics, and evolution, classification of organisms, as well as plant and human body systems.
Students will be able to learn the Mathematical properties for attaining the best diagnostic results. It includes different methods used for Mathematical calculation for performing diagnostic procedure as well as therapeutic care.
This course aims to enhance the vocabulary and fluency in English through various reading and speaking exercises. Depending on the need of the learners, it will also brush up the grammatical rules and pronunciation skills. The course gives an opportunity to strengthen the communication skill of the students.

This course covers fundamentals of chemistry like states of matter, thermodynamics, chemical equilibrium, redox reaction and p block elements.
This course includes the study of evolution and different systems of the human body. It provides a comprehensive study of human diseases and how it is related to the environment.
This course will help students to learn how to solve quadratic equation, trigonometry and different numerical problems using mathematical formulas. It includes Calculations that will help in attaining the best diagnostic procedure or diagnostic results.
The purpose of this course is to develop analytical skill among the students and enhance their proficiency in the English language use. Students will learn to ask questions, make connections among multiple texts and improve their comprehensive skills.

This course provides a comprehensive study of the anatomy of the human body. Topics include body, skeletal system, cardiovascular system, nervous systems and special senses, Major body cavities and gastrointestinal tract, Urinary and reproductive system. The links between each of these systems will be discussed and how each of these systems responds to challenges such as disease and stress.
Physiology is designed to provide students with an understanding of the function, regulation and integration of human body organ systems. Emphasis is placed on homeostatic maintenance in health as well as in some disease processes.
This course focuses on the measures taken to prevent various communicable and non-communicable diseases, more than finding a cure for them, and promoting health in the society.
This course covers a wide range of skills in assessing and treating a variety of injuries, illnesses and medical issues. Students learn basic first aid techniques, such as how to deal with neck, head and back injuries. They also explore how to treat people who have been exposed to extreme weather conditions. Caring for scrapes, burns and cuts may also be discussed.

The students will learn about changes of Biochemistry in different renal diseases in the Human body along with different instruments apparatus etc used in the dialysis procedure.
This course covers the handling of different equipment’s and accessories used in darkroom for processing the x- ray film and various factors affecting the x-ray film and the image.
Medical and Radiation physics comprises of the measures taken to protect workers associated with the radiology department and the patient from the harmful effects of radiation utilized in Diagnostic radiology.
To make the students know about the pathogenesis of diseases and its classification in details. In addition this course covers collection and testing of blood, stool, urine and various body fluids.
This course includes various micro molecules like carbohydrates, protein and fats and their roles in human body. We will learn about the basic parameters like blood glucose, albumin, urea, creatinine and their clinical significances.
This course covers with diagnosis in detailed information of cells, tissues. Students will be able to learn about cells and tissue processing, section cutting and application of various medical equipment.
This course covers infections and microorganism which are pathogenic to human. Students will learn skills including microscopy, staining culture methods and identification of micro-organism. It also includes immunity and its type and function in the body.
This course covers the detailed structure of x ray machine, its parts, operating principle etc. This mainly will focus on the application of physics in radiology and diagnostic imaging technology. Students will learn about laws of physics, radioactivity, electromagnetic induction, electricity etc.

This course covers the methods of isolation and identification of microorganisms; it includes various biochemical tests to identify bacteria. It also includes serological tests used in diagnosis.
This course covers histopathological study of tissue samples. It covers the routine and special staining with special emphasis on pigments and their stains.
The students will learn theoretically and practically how to adapt the techniques to ensure that optimum image acquisition is made with relevant required imaging dose. The quality of a student will be evaluated based on the knowledge of technique. Therefore a student must know the technique used Radiography in day-to-day life thoroughly.
The students will be able perform the techniques using various equipment based on the anatomical structures of the body.
Depending on the conditions of the diseases various types of dialysis technique and machines are used. This course deals with the selection of dialysis and & its complication, also the maintenance of the haemodialysis machine and its disinfection process.
This course covers the application and selection of dialysis depending on the conditions & complications of the patients. It also includes haemodialysis treatment for patients using various types of haemodialysis technique and machines & also its maintenance & disinfection process.
This course covers the nutritional requirement of a patient with chronic kidney disease & acute kidney injury. This also covers the diet planning for renal disease patients.

Students will be able to understand the use of contrast to study different tissues and system in the Human being and thus to evaluate the effect of various diseases.
Students will be able to understand the different modalities used in the diagnostic Radiology and basic differences of Ultrasound, CT and MRI from conventional Radiography.
The students will be able to know and understand the possible pathological problems in the renal system and method of managing those.
