Assam down town University is proud to host a Five-Day Workshop on Performing Arts, organized by the Programme of Performing Arts, bringing together a diverse blend of traditional and contemporary art forms. 

From April 7 to April 11, 2025, the workshop will offer specialized sessions in Vocal Music, Tabla, Theatre, Bharatanatyam, Flute, Sattriya, Khol, and Kathak, providing students and enthusiasts with an enriching learning experience.

The grand Closing Ceremony on April 11, 2025, will be graced by our esteemed guests, each a stalwart in their respective fields. We are honored to welcome Tarali Sarma, an eminent musician and playback singer; Udayan Duarah, a renowned theatre and film actor; Anita Sarma, an acclaimed Sattriya dancer and scholar; Pranjal Saikia, a distinguished actor and director; and Purnima Saikia, a celebrated actor.
