Assam down town University celebrated International Music Day, under the aegis of the Music Club, AdtU, celebrating the universal language of music while providing students with a vibrant platform to showcase their musical talents.

The celebration began with a welcome address, followed by ceremonial lamp lighting and an address by the Faculty Coordinator. The energetic musical performances created an engaging atmosphere, while the interactive “Guess the Song” quiz encouraged enthusiastic participation from the audience.

The open jam session gave students an opportunity to perform spontaneously and express their creativity, followed by regional-wise musical performances that celebrated the cultural diversity and richness of the AdtU community.

The program concluded with a formal vote of thanks, acknowledging the university authorities, faculty members, organisers, performers and students for their valuable contributions.
