Research

My research focuses on engineered polymeric biomaterials for drug delivery and regenerative medicine. Key areas include Covalent hydrogels; DLP, SLA, and extrusion-based 3D bioprinting; microneedle drug delivery systems; colorimetric biosensing for point-of-care monitoring; and valorisation of agro- and animal-derived waste into biomedical materials. I also design open-hardware and low-cost laboratory instruments to build indigenous research infrastructure.
