Assam down town University organised an insightful career-oriented session on VFS Global Academy Programmes, bringing together 120 students from the BBA and MTTM programmes. 

Led by Ms. Lebana Penkar – Academy, VFS Global Academy, the session offered students valuable insights into industry-oriented learning, practical exposure, skill development, and career opportunities across travel, tourism, hospitality, aviation, customer experience, and allied service sectors. 

Drawing from her extensive industry experience, Ms. Penkar highlighted the importance of communication, service excellence, customer-centricity, adaptability, professional conduct, and workplace readiness, helping students understand how specialised training can bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. 

The interactive session provided a meaningful platform for students to explore career pathways and gain greater clarity on building future-ready professional skills.
