Three culinary certificate courses concluded, boosting students’ skills and industry readiness

Assam down town University recently conducted the successful completion of three specialized certificate courses, Bakery & Confectionery, Chinese Cuisine, and Regional Cuisine of India. The programmes witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various departments, reflecting the university’s commitment to fostering interdisciplinary learning and skill development.

Throughout the courses, students gained hands-on experience in essential culinary techniques, ingredient handling, menu planning, and presentation skills.
