We are pleased to share that our students Mr. Samar Jyoti Choudhury and Mr. Abhishek Raj, both from B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (5th Semester), participated in the event “5G Use Case Developed by Students, Startups & Innovators”, held at the 5G Experience Center, Tech City, Guwahati.

The event was jointly organized by NERCORMS and Amantya Technologies under the 5G Deepening Project, aimed at fostering innovation and showcasing cutting-edge use cases developed by students and startups leveraging 5G and ICT technologies.

Our students presented their startup idea on an Advanced School Management ERP System, integrating digital efficiency with modern communication technologies. Their innovation was highly appreciated by the invited guests and industry experts, and they were felicitated with a token of appreciation by the organizers for their impressive presentation and technical clarity.

Both students are active members of the Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of the university — a student-driven body dedicated to fostering innovation, nurturing startup culture, and promoting entrepreneurial thinking among peers. Their participation reflects the spirit of innovation and the growing startup ecosystem nurtured within our institution.
