













Assam down town University successfully conducted a series of hands-on Certificate Courses in Bakery, Chinese Cooking, and Indian Cooking under the Discipline of Hospitality & Tourism Management, Faculty of Commerce & Management, offering students a unique opportunity to explore and enhance their culinary skills through experiential learning.
The courses featured immersive practical sessions where participants learned essential culinary techniques, food preparation methods, creative plating and presentation, and real-time kitchen operations. Designed to provide industry-oriented exposure beyond traditional classroom learning, the programme helped students develop valuable professional skills and gain practical confidence in the culinary domain.
