Students engage in hands-on food and beverage activity, enhancing creativity, teamwork, and practical hospitality skills

Assam down town University witnessed an exciting blend of creativity and experiential learning as students from BHMCT 2nd and 6th semesters, BBAV 2nd semester, and DHTM 2nd semester of the Discipline of Hospitality & Tourism Management, Faculty of Commerce & Management, participated in a dynamic Food & Beverage activity.

The activity created a lively and engaging atmosphere as students enthusiastically experimented with ingredients, explored new flavour combinations, and applied their classroom knowledge to practical hospitality skills. It served as an excellent platform for hands-on learning, encouraging creativity, teamwork, and confidence while bridging the gap between theory and real-world hospitality practices.

The session was further enriched by the gracious presence of Dr. Seema Sharma, Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management, whose inspiring words motivated the students and encouraged them to continue pursuing excellence in their chosen field.
