Assam down town University, Guwahati, hosted a Special GATE–JAM 2027 Outreach Session in collaboration with IIT Guwahati, aimed at creating awareness among students about the GATE and JAM examinations, preparation strategies, eligibility criteria, exam patterns, higher education opportunities, PSU recruitment, fellowships and career pathways. 

The session was conducted by Prof. Parameswar K. Iyer, Professor, IIT Guwahati, and witnessed participation from over 150 students and 5 faculty members across various faculties. The interactive session offered valuable guidance, addressed key aspects of the examinations, and encouraged students to explore the diverse academic and career opportunities available through GATE and JAM 2027.
