QS I-GAUGE Hosts School Excellence Conclave in Assam to Drive Quality and Innovation in Education

QS I-GAUGE, in collaboration with the Association of Association of Indian Principals(AIP), hosted the School Excellence Conclave at Assam down town University.

The event successfully convened more than 50 school leaders from across the region to deliberate on the future of school education in India.

The Conclave was centered around the timely theme, “Catalysing Change in School Education through Quality.” Key discussions included a Panel Discussion on “Integrating AI and Digital Pedagogies Without Compromising Human Connection” and a Round Table on “Measuring and Sustaining Quality in Indian Schools.”

The event saw the attendance of prominent dignitaries, including Shri Kishore Barman, Hon’ble Minister of Higher Education, Government of Tripura (Chief Guest), and Mr. Debaraj Upadhyay, IPS, Chairman of the Assam Public Service Commission (Guest of Honour).

Ravin Nair, Managing Director of QS I-GAUGE, emphasized the role of quality as the foundation for change, noting that the Conclave highlighted the Northeast's emergence as a "beacon of educational progress." AdtU Vice Chancellor, Prof. NC Talukdar, affirmed the university's commitment to nurturing talent and holistic growth, while Pro Vice Chancellor Prof Pranveer Singh PhD (IITK) FIE FSED Disruptive Learning Innovator stressed the goal of empowering students and inspiring research beyond the classroom.

QS I-GAUGE, known for developing India’s most credible institution rating system, utilized this platform to inspire schools to embrace its comprehensive, data-driven rating framework, spanning nine criteria, including Teaching & Learning and Competency Development to identify strengths and pursue excellence.
