Prof. Dutta received this distinguished honor from the Chief Minister of Assam, Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma, in recognition of her exemplary contributions to the state's art, culture, society, and literature. This award was presented during the central program of Darrang College on June 20th as part of the celebrations for Bishnu Rabha Divas.
