Assam down town University successfully organized an inspiring session titled “From Campus to HDFC Bank: Our Students’ Success Stories” through the Directorate of Career Advancement for the students of the Faculty of Computer Technology.

The session commenced with a warm welcome by Varsha Patwari, Assistant General Manager, Directorate of Career Advancement, followed by motivating insights from Dr. Aniruddha Deka, Dean (i/c), Faculty of Computer Technology, who encouraged students to stay focused, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning throughout their professional journey. Dr. Rimjhim Baruah Borah, Director (i/c), Directorate of Career Advancement, further inspired the gathering with her valuable words on perseverance, career readiness, and self-belief, while also felicitating the achievers for their remarkable accomplishments.

The highlight of the session was the interactive experience-sharing by the 24 students who secured placements at HDFC Bank. Through their real-life experiences, they provided practical guidance, motivation, and encouragement to their juniors and peers, helping them understand the expectations of the corporate world and the transition from campus to career.
