Assam down town University proudly recognizes Ms. from the Faculty of Engineering and Mr. Richard Son Hrangkhawl from the Faculty of Science as the Students of the Month for November.

Ms. Nafisa Khatoon presented a research paper titled “Sun and Moon as Deities: Temple Heritage and Sacred Spaces of Donyi Polo in Northeast India” at a seminar sponsored by the Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR) and co-sponsored by NEFDi, in collaboration with Cotton University. Her scholarly contribution reflects strong research aptitude, interdisciplinary engagement, and a deep commitment to exploring the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of Northeast India.

Mr. Richardson Hrangkhawl secured 1st position in the Innovative Product Display during Ecclesia 3.0, held on 28th and 29th November 2025 at Assam down town University. His achievement highlights his innovative thinking, creativity, and effective practical application of scientific knowledge, bringing distinction to both the Faculty of Science and the university.
