With over two decades of diverse HR experience, Ms. Anitha Jayapal's career journey spans across several industries , including manufacturing, engineering, IT, and ITES. She has played pivotal roles in shaping HR strategies enabling people, business & organizational transformation. Her expertise has been instrumental in fostering growth and innovation across diverse sectors throughout her career.

Currently Anitha is the head of HR - Larsen & Toubro – Edutech, Prior, she was associated with Bosch Global Software Technologies, Hansen Drives etc Head of HR , DEI & Employee Experience.

A true champion of diversity and inclusion, Anitha is passionate about empowering people and believes that “people matter.” She serves as a trusted advisor and coach, helping individuals build progressive careers. Her leadership in HR has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Iconic Women Achiever Award, Women Leader Award, Innovation Award, and the WILL – Women Choice Award 2023.

Anitha is also a certified coach in Global Organizational Development for Change Leaders from the National Training Laboratories (NTL), USA, and is certified in Design Thinking. She was a part of various professional bodies , POSH committee , CII – HR & IR panel , Coimbatore chapter and she is the honorary secretary in ISTD Chennai chapter.
