The Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism Management, Assam down town University, brought learning to life with “Mixology Unplugged: Cocktail and Mocktail Workshop” - an engaging hands-on session where students explored beverage preparation, presentation and the art of mixology.

Led by Mr. Partha Pratim Das, Business Development Manager, East India, Monin, along with Rohan Sharma and Champak Deka, the workshop gave students the chance to learn through live demonstrations and practical sessions.

From Lemon Ice Tea and Peachy Zing to Cucumber Basil Smash and Kalla Khatta, students experimented, created and built their confidence - bringing classroom concepts closer to real-world hospitality practice.

Because the best lessons are often the ones you get to experience yourself.
