Assam down town University was proud to host an interactive Academic Outreach Session as part of the very first Global Assamese Conference, organized by IIT Guwahati marking a historic milestone as the first-ever global conference dedicated to Assamese identity and heritage.

The session featured insightful and engaging interactions with distinguished delegates Mr. Vavani V. Sarmah Vavani Vee S. (Co-founder & CEO, xRobotix.us, USA), Dr. Jagannath Biswakarma (Environmental Scientist, University of Bristol, UK), and Dr. Deepjyoti Bhuyan (Senior Research Fellow, NICM Health Research Institute, Western Sydney University, Australia).

Through dynamic discussions and active participation from faculty and students, the event fostered meaningful academic exchange, celebrated Assam’s cultural and intellectual legacy, and laid the foundation for future global collaboration.
