A team from the Directorate of Innovation, Startup and Acceleration (DISA) consisting of Mr. Devabrata Sarmah, Incubation Officer and Mr. SANJIB CHAMUAH, Innovation Officer, represented Assam down town University (AdtU) at the Institutions' Innovation Council (IIC) Regional Meet 2025 held at North Eastern Hill University. 

AdtU has been recognised as the Best Institution in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the regional level. 

A Poster Presentation, showcasing AdtU’s initiatives to promote innovation and entrepreneurship impressed everyone present in the Regional Meet. The judges especially praised AdtU's student-focused schemes such as Campus Bazaar, Campus Stall, the AdtU Innovation Grant, and the Entrepreneurship Loan.
