A Capacity Building Training Program was organized by the HR Department of Assam down town University. 

The session was conducted by Mr. Devabrata Sarmah, Incubation Officer, Directorate of Startup, Innovation and Acceleration, on the topic “LaTeX for Research Writing: From Basics to Practice.”

The programme aimed at enhancing the research documentation skills of faculty members and staff by providing practical insights into the use of hashtag#LaTeX for academic writing. The session covered fundamental concepts, document structuring, formatting techniques, citation management, and hands-on demonstrations to facilitate effective research paper preparation. Participants actively engaged in the interactive session and gained valuable knowledge to strengthen their scholarly writing practices.
