Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management organised an enriching 3-days industrial visit to Novotel Guwahati for their students of Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT), Diploma in Hotel & Tourism Management (DHTM), Bachelor of Business Administration in Aviation (BBAV), and Master of Tourism and Travel Management (MTTM).

During the visit, the future hospitality leaders stepped behind the scenes of a premium hotel to observe its dynamic day-to-day operations. From Front Office and Housekeeping to Food Production and F&B Service, students gained hands-on industry exposure and practical insights into what it takes to run a top-tier establishment.

By interacting with seasoned industry professionals, the students deepened their understanding of guest services, cross-departmental coordination, and the exciting career opportunities that await them in the hospitality sector.
