The primary objective of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to the industrial production process of noodles and to enhance their understanding of food processing, quality control, packaging, hygiene, and safety measures followed in the food industry.
During the visit, students closely observed the various stages involved in noodle manufacturing, including mixing, dough preparation, steaming, drying, seasoning, packaging, and storage. Company officials also explained the importance of maintaining food standards, sanitation practices, and the use of modern machinery in large-scale food production.
