At Assam down town University, the Directorate of Career Advancement successfully organized a highly engaging and enriching session on “From Field to Future: Personality Development for Agri Leaders”. 

The program commenced with a warm welcome and felicitation of the speaker by Niranjali Gogoi, Officer – Career Counselling, Directorate of Career Advancement, setting an inspiring and vibrant tone for an interactive learning experience.

The session was conducted by Trailukya Dutta, Founder of Tholua Pratisthan Pvt. Ltd., who delivered an inspiring and insightful talk on personality development and leadership skills for agriculture students. He highlighted the importance of effective communication, confidence building, teamwork, adaptability, and professional ethics in shaping future agri leaders and entrepreneurs.
