Assam down town University, in collaboration with the WWF-India Assam State Office Team, actively participated in the Earth Hour 2025 Clean-Up Action on March 22, 2025, reinforcing its commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainability. 

Cadets from the 60 Assam Girls Battalion, NCC, Guwahati, proudly representing AdtU, joined hands with fellow NCC cadets and volunteers at Lachit Ghat to make a tangible difference. With enthusiasm, they diligently cleared waste, segregated recyclable materials, and contributed to the beautification of the ghat area. Their participation in this initiative exemplifies the power of youth-driven environmental activism, demonstrating how collective efforts, no matter how small, can create a significant positive impact on the planet.
