Assam down town University heartily congratulate Dr. Santa Mandal who brought laurels to the University by achieving the Commission in the Indian Airforce (Airwing NCC) as Flying Officer. 

This achievement is the outcome of 12 weeks rigorous training undertaken at Officers Training Academy, Kamptee and Ground Instructors School, Airforce Station Tambaram, Chennai. We wish him many more success in his life.
