Assam down town University (AdtU) proudly congratulates Dr. Prasanta Pratim Bairagi on his selection as a Post-Doctoral Fellow under the prestigious Visvesvaraya PhD Scheme Phase-II, funded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India. He will be pursuing his fellowship at the Department of Computer Science & IT, Cotton University.

The Visvesvaraya PhD Scheme is a highly competitive national program that promotes advanced research and innovation in the Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) and IT/ITES sectors. Under this scheme, only 225 Post-Doctoral Fellowships are awarded across India over a span of nine years making it one of the most esteemed opportunities for researchers in the country.
