Assam down town University’s Directorate of Career Advancement successfully organized an insightful and interactive session on “Personal Growth & Professional Skills Enhancement”. 

The program began with a warm welcome and felicitation of the speaker by Niranjali Gogoi, Officer – Career Counselling, Directorate of Career Advancement, creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for the session.

The session was conducted by Pallabi Pait, Head HR of Peerless Hospital Guwahati Pvt. Ltd. and a Certified PoSH Trainer, who shared valuable insights on personality development and essential professional skills for paramedical students. She emphasized the importance of communication, self-confidence, teamwork, professional ethics, and patient handling in the healthcare sector.

Students actively participated through interactive discussions and queries, making the session informative, engaging, and motivating while encouraging them to strengthen both their personal and professional capabilities for a successful career in healthcare.
