Assam down town University hosted an enriching Day 2 of the Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) student delegation visit, focusing on cultural immersion and meaningful student interaction. 

The day commenced with an engaging campus tour that introduced the delegates to the diverse student clubs and organizations at AdtU, enabling them to experience the university’s dynamic co-curricular environment. This was followed by a visit to the Agricultural Garden, offering a tranquil setting that highlighted Assam’s native flora, sustainable farming practices, and the integration of cultural values with ecological awareness across the campus. 

In the afternoon, the delegates enthusiastically took part in a hands-on Bihu and Sattriya Nritya Workshop, where they learned the energetic folk expressions of Bihu and observed the graceful spiritual art form of Sattriya under the guidance of AdtU Cultural Club members and experts. Their active involvement demonstrated a genuine appreciation for Assamese heritage and performing arts. 

The day concluded with an informal reflection session that fostered open dialogue, cultural sharing, and strengthened international camaraderie among students of both universities.
