Assam down town University, through the Directorate of Career Advancement, successfully organised a Corporate Guest Lecture on “Beyond the Degree: Skills That Drive Career Success”. 

The session featured Mr. Kishore Doley, Managing Director and Founder of Pensive Supremo Edu Pvt. Ltd., Relationship Coach, Emotional Intelligence Expert and Public Speaker, who shared valuable insights on employability, adaptability, communication, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, teamwork and professional etiquette. 

The session was further enriched by Ms. Esha Das, an alumna of the University and an HR professional at Pensive Supremo Edu Pvt. Ltd., who shared her journey from campus to the corporate world. 

The engaging interaction offered students practical perspectives on professional growth and career preparedness, while strengthening industry-academia connections and reinforcing the importance of skills beyond academic qualifications.
