Assam down town University successfully organized the Clay Modeling Competition under Ecclesia 3.0, organised by the Department of Design, Faculty of Engineering, bringing together 22 participants for an engaging and creativity-driven experience. 

The event was judged by Mr. Sarang Dutta, who shared his valuable insights into art and craft. Participants were challenged to create a fantasy animal by combining real-life species using epoxy-based air-dry clay, a material many worked with for the first time. Through guided instructions, live evaluation, and a structured judging process based on creativity, aesthetic appeal, storytelling, and technique, the competition nurtured hands-on skills, innovation, and artistic exploration. 

The felicitation ceremony, active student involvement, and enthusiastic participation collectively reflected the University’s commitment to fostering creative learning environments and encouraging students to think beyond boundaries.
