Assam down town University's Centre for Language Proficiency and Personality Development (CLPPD), conducted a workshop titled “Speak Smart: Session on Mastering Formal Communication”.

he session was led by Mr. Anjan Choudhury, a renowned Soft Skills and Life Skills Consultant and the Founder of Skillfinity, Guwahati, Assam. The event was graced by the presence of the Prof Pranveer Singh PhD (IITK) FIE FSED Disruptive Learning Innovator, Pro Vice-Chancellor, and Dr Anup Basistha, Ph D, Deputy Director, IQAC.

The workshop was conducted in two engaging sessions focusing on the importance of public speaking, interview skills, body language, spoken English, and effective listening. The resource person emphasized correct interview posture, confidence-building techniques, and actively involved students through interactive practice sessions. 

Students participated enthusiastically throughout the workshop, gaining valuable insights and a deeper understanding of the role of body language and communication in professional settings.
