Assam down town University, through its Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management, in collaboration with Extension and Outreach Activities, organised an outreach program at Panchim Mayong High School to create career awareness among students and introduce them to the diverse opportunities in the hospitality and tourism industry.

The program featured interactive sessions and practical demonstrations, offering students insights into career pathways such as hotel management, food production, food and beverage service, front office operations, accommodation management, travel and tourism, and event management. 

Through hands-on learning and engaging interactions, the initiative aimed to bridge the gap between classroom education and industry exposure, encouraging students to explore new career possibilities in the dynamic world of hospitality and tourism.
