Assam down town University, through its Directorate of Career Advancement, successfully organized two engaging and insightful sessions on “Strategic Preparation for CAT & MAT: Pathway to Top B-Schools”, along with a focused segment on “Engineering to Management: CAT & MAT Preparation for Engineers”.

The program began with a warm welcome and felicitation of the guest speaker by Ms. Varsha Patwari, AGM, Directorate of Career Advancement, along with Ms. Niranjali Gogoi, Executive – Career Counselling, Directorate of Career Advancement.

The keynote session was delivered by Dr. Soumen Das, Director, T.I.M.E. and Trijos Foundation, who shared valuable insights on CAT and MAT exam patterns, effective preparation strategies, time management techniques, and the essential skills required to succeed in these competitive examinations. He also provided focused guidance for engineering and management students on transitioning into management education and selecting the right B-schools for their future careers.

The sessions were highly interactive and informative, providing students with greater clarity, practical preparation strategies, and a well-defined roadmap to pursue admission into top B-schools and build successful careers in the field of management.
