Capacity Building Program on “Own the Moment to Succeed”
The Directorate of Career Advancement, in collaboration with the HR Department, successfully organized a Capacity Building Program on “Own the Moment to Succeed” for faculty and administrative staff. The session was conducted by Mr. Gautaam Borah, CEO of RudraX (AI/ML Venture) and Global Director of the Oxford University Climate Alumni Network (OxCAN).

The program inspired participants to embrace self-leadership, accountability, resilience, and continuous learning as essential drivers of personal and professional success. Through engaging discussions and practical insights, the resource person highlighted the significance of mindset, emotional intelligence, ethical values, and adaptability in navigating modern workplace challenges.
