On November 3, 2024, 1st and 2nd-year B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture students from Assam down town University began the #manualharvesting of the vibrant #Ketekijoha rice. The grains of both Ranjit_sub1 and Ketekijoha varieties had ripened, marking them ready for harvest. Earlier, the transplanting of rice seedlings was carried out from August 28, 2024, with active participation from the students, providing them with valuable hands-on experience!
