The Foundation Batch of the B.Des. Programme at the Faculty of Engineering explored the fundamentals of Colour Theory through an engaging, hands-on design exercise.

As part of the activity, students selected individual colourways and created original design compositions, applying key principles of colour relationships, harmony, contrast and visual balance.

The exercise enabled students to translate theoretical concepts into practical design applications, strengthening their understanding of colour as an essential element of visual communication and design development.
