Guided by entrepreneur Mrs. Tulika Gogoi Swargiary, they explored the processing of mushroom pickle, Aam Panna, and bakery products like biscuits and cookies. The visit included live demonstrations of food processing equipment and techniques, exhibits of mushroom-based products, and an interactive Q&A session.
