Assam down town University, through its Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in collaboration with IQAC, organized an Awareness Program on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH). The session aimed to sensitize the administrative staff about workplace safety, gender equality, and the mechanisms available under the ICC to address grievances.

The program was conducted by Mrs. Kavery Bhattacharyya, HR Manager at down town Hospital, who served as the resource person. She shared valuable insights on maintaining a safe, respectful, and gender-sensitive workplace, emphasizing the importance of awareness and proactive measures in preventing harassment and promoting a healthy work environment.
