Assam down town University hosted an inspiring Alumni Talk on “From Campus to Global Academia: Journey to Higher Studies in Italy”, organised by the Directorate of Alumni Affairs in collaboration with the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. 

The session featured Mr. Priyangshu Das, an alumnus of the University, who shared his personal experiences of transitioning from college life to pursuing higher studies in Italy. Drawing from his journey, he offered valuable insights into academic preparation, the application process, scholarships, career planning, and adapting to life abroad, while highlighting the importance of staying consistent, well-prepared, and open to global opportunities. 

The interactive session also encouraged students to ask questions about studying and living in Italy, enabling them to gain practical perspectives on international education. With its blend of personal experiences and meaningful guidance, the session served as an inspiring platform for students to explore global academic opportunities and confidently plan their own journeys towards higher education abroad.
