Assam down town University organized an Alumni Interaction Program under the initiative of the AdtU Alumni Association in collaboration with the Faculty of Paramedical Sciences.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by Ms. Zosangliani ., Assistant Professor, Faculty of Paramedical Sciences, who greeted the audience and introduced the purpose of the gathering. Dr. Samannoy Baruah, Director, Alumni Affairs, delivered the welcome address and felicitated the alumni guest, Mr. Bhrigu Kumar Das, with a traditional Fulaam Gamusa and a memento. Mr. Das, an alumnus of Assam down town University, is currently serving as a Lecturer in Radio Imaging Technology at Fakkarudin Ali Ahmed Medical College and Hospital, Barpeta, Assam.
In his session, Mr. Das shared his inspiring journey, recalling the motivations and experiences that led him to choose Assam down town University for his higher education. He mentioned that the university’s advanced technology, modern infrastructure, and practical learning environment played a crucial role in shaping his decision. Reflecting on his student life, he spoke fondly about how those formative years helped build his confidence, enhance his personality, and strengthen his academic and professional foundation.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A round, where students eagerly asked questions related to career building, higher education, and skill development. Mr. Das’s patient responses and real-life experiences offered valuable lessons and motivation, leaving the audience inspired to pursue their goals with dedication, focus, and confidence.
